Kela

Kela was a cat with a hunter's heart and a spirit all of her own. She was a gifted mouser who took great pride in her achievements and there was nothing she enjoyed more than presenting her latest catch at the back door for all to admire. Independent, determined and full of character, Kela embraced life with enthusiasm and curiosity. She brought smiles, laughter and the occasional surprise to those who loved her, always reminding everyone that she was in charge of her own adventures. In her later years, her eyesight began to fail her but it never diminished her zest for life. Even when the world became a little harder to see, Kela continued to live life to the full, facing each day with the same courage and determination that had defined her from the beginning. Though the back door may now remain free of her treasured hunting trophies, the memories she created will never fade. Her pawprints are forever etched on the hearts of those who knew and loved her. Sleep peacefully now, dear Kela. You were a wonderful companion, a fearless hunter and a much-loved member of the family. Forever remembered. Forever loved.
